At Fruitsolute, we are seeking an Expedition/Logistics Operations Employee to join our logistics team. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our fresh fruit shipments are always fresh and on time. Key Responsibilities • Directing and assisting truck drivers at the loading docks; • Processing shipping and freight documentation; • Booking goods in and out of the warehouse management system; • Transporting pallets using a forklift; • Performing fruit quality inspections; • Scanning and registering products in the cold storage facilities; • Coordinating inspections and quality checks; • Handling general administrative tasks within the logistics department; • Keeping the work area clean and securing the premises at the end of the day. Working Days & Hours You are available to work Monday through Friday. Additionally, you will work one Saturday every 2–3 weeks. Available shifts include: • 07:00 – 16:00; • 10:00 – 19:00; • 13:00 – 21:00. Your shift schedule is open for discussion, and we aim to provide fixed working hours whenever possible.

We ask
- • MBO Level 3 (vocational) working and thinking level, or equivalent; • Valid forklift certificate (required); • BHV (Emergency Response Officer) certificate and Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), or willingness to obtain them; • Experience operating a pallet truck is an advantage; • Good command of the English language; • Able to work independently while also being a strong team player; • Flexible and willing to work a Saturday shift once every 2–3 weeks; • Positive attitude and strong communication skills; • Accurate, stress-resistant, and able to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
