Thanks to your efforts, the warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine. You start your workday with a brief coordination with the dock planning, so you know exactly what's on the schedule. Then you get to work loading and unloading trailers and distributing the goods according to the applicable instructions. You check that everything is processed correctly and communicate directly with colleagues or supervisors when there are any issues. Together, you ensure a safe, tidy, and organized warehouse. You work closely with colleagues, the dock planning, and process coaches to make the inbound process as efficient as possible. Good communication is essential for this. You work day shifts from 07:00 to 15:30 or 10:30 to 19:00, so you know what to expect and are part of a close-knit and enthusiastic team.
