Thanks to your efforts, the warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine. You start your workday with a brief coordination with the dock planning, so you know exactly what's on the schedule. Then you get to work loading and unloading trailers and distributing the goods according to the applicable instructions. You check that everything is processed correctly and communicate directly with colleagues or supervisors when there are any issues. Together, you ensure a safe, tidy, and organized warehouse. You work closely with colleagues, the dock planning, and process coaches to make the inbound process as efficient as possible. Good communication is essential for this. You work day shifts from 07:00 to 15:30 or 10:30 to 19:00, so you know what to expect and are part of a close-knit and enthusiastic team. As a logistics employee in Bleiswijk, you are the linchpin of the warehouse. You work full-time, from Monday to Friday, between 06:30 and 16:00. Your tasks are varied: you operate the forklift, move pallets, and ensure products are ready for shipment on time. You prepare orders for shipping, load and unload trucks, and keep everything tidy.
A workday begins with loading the first goods. You check the products for quantity and quality. With the forklift, you ensure that production always has sufficient raw materials and packaging materials. You work with scanners and keep the administration up to date.
