Logistics Employee Eindhoven

Are you ready for a dynamic role as a logistics employee in Eindhoven? In this position, you work in the outbound process of a large distribution center, where you are responsible for the order picking process. You work 32 to 40 hours per week in rotating shifts, with start times varying from 07:00 to 12:00, and you work until the end of the process around 20:30. You collect orders, ensure machines run smoothly, and quickly resolve minor malfunctions. As a point of contact for your team, you help new colleagues get started and actively think about improvements. On an average workday, you start by discussing the schedule with your colleagues. You ensure that the right items are on time and in the right place, maintain the machines and racks in the warehouse, and solve problems or call for help.
