No boring desk job, but action, a fast pace, and excellent allowances during evening and night hours!

    What will you do? You are the engine of the logistics process. Together with your team, you ensure that thousands of packages quickly reach the right destination.

    • You sort incoming and outgoing packages;
    • You scan, check labels, and verify destinations;
    • You place packages accurately on the correct conveyor belt or location.

    Let's be honest: this is tough work. At DHL Amsterdam, the work pace is high. The work is physically demanding, repetitive, and breaks are short. You stand a lot and lift throughout the shift. We are therefore looking for people who do not see this as a disadvantage but rather enjoy the physical challenge. A paid full-body workout!

    What's the pay? (Salary & Allowances) Because you work in the evening and night, the allowances increase significantly. Your base salary is €14.99 per hour, but with allowances, you earn much more:

    • 06:00 - 18:00 hours: €14.99 (100%);
    • 18:00 - 20:00 hours: €16.86 (112.5%);
    • 20:00 - 00:00 hours: €18.74 (125%);
    • 00:00 - end of shift: €19.49 (130%);
    • Saturday night: €22.48 (150%);
    • Sunday / Holidays: Up to 200% allowance!

We ask

    • You are available at least 3 days on the busiest days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. (Being flexibly available for 5 days is a big plus!);
    • You are available for evening and night shifts (between 15:00 and 08:00 hours);
    • You have your own transport (car, scooter, etc.), as public transport is not an option at night;
    • You speak Dutch or English due to safety on the floor;
    • You have your documents in order (valid ID, BSN, and possibly TWV);
    • Experience in logistics is a plus, but commitment and physical fitness are more important!
