As a team leader at DHL eCommerce in Amsterdam, you provide daily operational leadership at the location. Here, many packages are sorted at a high pace. You closely monitor the progress and are therefore often found on the work floor. Additionally, you maintain contact with our national transport planners to ensure that all shipments depart on time with the correct routes. We are continuously working on optimizing the sorting process to achieve more sorting capacity, and you contribute to this. In everything you do, you keep the end goal in mind: a satisfied customer.
