We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague for 24 hours a week. You work in a varied schedule with two shifts: the morning shift from 7:15 to 13:00, where you may finish earlier depending on the work, and the afternoon shift starting at 14:00 or 15:00, depending on the workload, and ending at 19:00 or 20:00. The shifts alternate according to a fixed schedule, so you know exactly what to expect. The morning shift requires a bit more energy, so we ensure a good balance in your working hours. Once every two weeks, you are available on Saturday, for which an attractive 40% bonus applies. During your first workweek, you will be guided by an experienced colleague. Where will you be working?

At PostNL in Breda, you can work as a logistics employee, a key role within the largest postal and parcel service in the Netherlands. In the morning, you ensure that all packages are scanned and neatly placed in the delivery vans. With your effort, the driver starts their route well-prepared, so all packages are delivered on time. In the afternoon, when the drivers return, you check whether all deliveries have been completed and everything is processed correctly. Additionally, you keep an overview of the loading of the vans. Are the drivers on schedule? Then you are the one who monitors the process. Is the conveyor belt too full? Then you step in to help by moving packages, so drivers can load quickly and organized. With your accuracy and support, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, from loading to delivery!
