Logistics Administrative Assistant

As an operational administrative assistant, you are the linchpin of the depot in Zwolle. You work part-time between 14:00 and 18:30, ideal if you like to be active in the afternoon. You ensure that administration and planning run smoothly and have direct contact with drivers, colleagues, and customers. Your efforts keep everything organized and running smoothly. On a typical workday, you answer questions from customer service, drivers, and customers via phone and email. You schedule pickup orders and coordinate them with the right drivers. You process orders, check route lists, and ensure package statuses are always up-to-date. You also personally assist customers in the package shop at the depot.
