  • Are you looking for a challenging and flexible job? As a loader/co-driver in Zwolle, you work on a call basis, without guaranteed hours. You are needed on Tuesdays in weeks 33, 34, and 35. You start your workday at 06:30 at the location in Zwolle (Hessenpoort). Together with the driver, you set out to collect commercial and household waste. You are a team and ensure that all containers on the route are emptied. You work during the day, usually until 15:00. Sometimes you finish a bit earlier, sometimes a bit later, depending on how busy it is. You have a 45-minute break. Your workday consists of a lot of walking, lifting, and getting in and out of the truck. You work outside, so you must endure even in rain or cold. The pace is quite high, as there are often more than 100 stops per day. You work with a regular driver and have regular contact with the planners along the way. The planners are direct in their communication, but the atmosphere on the truck is friendly and pleasant. Together you ensure the work is completed. This work is physically demanding and requires flexibility. Sometimes you finish a bit earlier, sometimes a bit later. You visit many different places, and no day is the same.
