As a Team Leader in Assembly, you are responsible for the daily management of the assembly department. You are visibly present on the work floor, ensure a pleasant working atmosphere, and are the first point of contact for your colleagues. You monitor the planning, keep an eye on progress, and step in where necessary. Together with your team, you ensure that production runs efficiently and according to schedule. Your tasks include directing, guiding, and motivating employees, distributing and monitoring daily tasks, processing production lists and schedules, performing light administrative tasks, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements, and ensuring a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment.
