Production

  • As a line leader in Hoogeveen, you lead a team of production employees. You work in a 2-shift system: from 06:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00, Monday through Friday. Your goal is to achieve the production schedule and ensure a safe and efficient workplace.

    You oversee the production line, monitor quality standards and hygiene, and quickly intervene in case of malfunctions. Together with the technical service, you solve problems. You report production data to the production manager and actively contribute to improvements and cost savings.
