You start with an extensive training program and follow courses so that you can quickly work independently. You work full-time, 38 hours per week, in two alternating shifts. Your day is varied and challenging. You operate semi- and fully automatic machines, such as capsule machines and tablet machines. You set them up, monitor the production process, and intervene when necessary. Together with your colleagues, you ensure everything runs smoothly.
