KAM Coordinator

As a Service & Support Employee in Rogat, you are the point of contact for customers and suppliers. You work part-time, 20 to 24 hours per week, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:00. You answer questions by phone and at the pickup point, solve customer problems, and liaise with colleagues from other departments when necessary. Additionally, you perform administrative tasks with Outlook and Excel. You work at least two Saturdays every four weeks. You earn €15.99 per hour from the age of 21 and receive staff discounts on products, as well as extras like a Christmas package and merchandise. An average workday consists of answering customer questions, processing information, and solving problems. You work together with colleagues and contribute to a good customer experience.
