Through your presence, coaching, and sharp eye on processes, you not only help prevent incidents but also ensure that the organization continues to comply with laws and regulations. You are visible on the work floor, liaise with various departments, and have a direct impact on the quality, safety, and continuity of operations. This makes you an important connecting factor within the company and an indispensable force in further professionalizing the organization.
