  • As an Intermediary in Eindhoven, you work 32 to 40 hours per week. You are active in the region to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. You identify commercial opportunities, conduct discussions at various levels, and translate client inquiries into concrete solutions. Data, AI, and smart tools make your work easier and more effective. You write appealing job descriptions together with Recruiters and provide feedback on the selection process. You remain involved with the candidates, maintain contact with clients, and guide temporary workers during their assignments. Additionally, you prepare commercial proposals and ensure proper documentation of agreements, rates, and margins. You have plenty of room to learn and grow with us.
