HR Employee Steenwijk

You are the point of contact for both employees and managers and oversee the HR processes. You process entries and exits, manage personnel files, keep HR systems up-to-date, and handle everything related to absenteeism and training. Additionally, you answer questions from colleagues, support recruitment, and the onboarding of new employees. You maintain contact with external parties such as the payroll office and the occupational health service. You independently take on small projects and improvements. No day is the same!
