  • As an HR Business Partner at Bolletje, you are the connecting link between colleagues in Heerde and Almelo. You work 28 to 36 hours per week, partly at both locations. In this varied role, you are at the heart of the organization. You contribute to strategic HR policy and tackle practical HR issues. You are the point of contact for managers and employees.

    Your working days are diverse. One day you discuss personnel planning and sustainable employability with management. The next day you assist colleagues with questions about absenteeism, development, and employment conditions. You actively work on projects to further develop the organization. You also ensure good personnel administration and flawless payroll processing. Together with your colleagues in the HR team, you ensure a pleasant working atmosphere, clear processes, and a personal approach.

We offer

    • Gross monthly salary between €3,539 and €5,056 (based on 36 hours);
    • 28 to 36 hours per week, arrangement in consultation;
    • Annual contract with a view to permanent employment;
    • 13x salary per year (payment every 4 weeks);

We ask

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent;
    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (preferably in production);
    • Experience with MS Office; knowledge of AFAS is a plus;
    • You are involved, decisive, and enjoy working together;
    • You take initiative and think ahead;
    • Strong communication skills and a sense of humor;
    • You are willing to work at both locations (Almelo & Heerde) and sometimes from home.
