As a working foreman in logistics, you play a crucial role in the cooling department of a modern distribution center in Veghel. You work 40 hours a week, from 09:00 to 18:00. On an average workday, you supervise logistics employees and guide new colleagues. You assist with order picking, checking, and preparing orders for shipment. Are you ready for a challenging role as an order picker in the freezer warehouse of Veghel? You will work full-time from 07:30 until the last order is processed, usually around 16:30. The work takes place in temperatures between 0 and -18 degrees, for which you receive an extra allowance per hour worked. You will receive good cold-resistant clothing and extra breaks to warm up. Using a voice-picking system, you collect orders. Through a headset, you hear which products to pick and where they are located. You operate an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT), for which you receive internal training. You move bags of flour and other heavy products, so physical work is not a problem for you. Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required. You work in a small, close-knit team that keeps the freezer running.
