- As a helper plus in elderly care in Lochem, you bring a smile to clients' faces every day. You work 16 to 24 hours a week in a cozy and warm environment. This job is varied and rewarding: you support the elderly with their daily care and give them personal attention. You work within a psychogeriatric or somatic setting and are an important point of contact for the clients. An average workday starts with greeting the residents and helping with the morning routine. You assist with washing, dressing, and breakfast. You listen to personal wishes and make time for a friendly chat. In the afternoon, you help with lunch and provide guidance during daily activities, such as a walk or group activity. If you have the right certificate, you may also hand out or administer medication. You notice changes in health and quickly coordinate with colleagues. We ask
- • You have a diploma in Helper Care & Welfare level 2, supplemented with a plus certificate; • You can independently perform light nursing tasks and hand out medication; • You are flexibly deployable for working varying shifts; • You are skilled in performing ADL tasks; • You have experience in elderly care or want to gain more experience in this field.
