As a Helpende Plus, you work 16 to 24 hours a week and support people in elderly care, both in a residential care location and at people's homes. Your work is of great importance: you assist with daily care, medication, and offer a listening ear. This is how you truly make a difference. What does your day look like? You start with a warm welcome. You help clients with getting up, washing, dressing, and breakfast. You pay attention to personal wishes and make time for a chat. In the afternoon, you assist with lunch and ensure everyone feels comfortable. Do clients need medication? With your plus certificate, you ensure everything runs safely. Sometimes you accompany them to an activity or take a walk together. You notice changes in health and coordinate with colleagues if necessary. At the end of the day, you hand over your findings. We ask

  • • You have a Helpende Zorg & Welzijn level 2 diploma supplemented with a plus certificate; • You can independently perform light nursing technical tasks and administer medication; • You are flexibly deployable for working varying shifts; • You are skilled in performing ADL tasks; • You have experience in elderly care or want to gain more experience in this field.
