We ask

• • Before you can start at HelloFresh, you first take an online assessment. This looks at your driving behavior, traffic insight, and how you handle situations you may encounter while delivering. Successfully completing this is part of the selection process; • Safety and preventing damage are more important than speed. We find it important that you drive safely and carefully and do not take unnecessary risks; • Driving in busy and tight residential areas requires calmness, responsibility, and oversight. You keep your cool and continue to drive professionally, even when it's busy; • You can work independently and responsibly and take responsibility for the van, the boxes, and the customers; • You drive professionally, even under time pressure. Completing a route on time is important, but safety always comes first; • Your driving behavior is monitored via telematics. This allows us to gain insight into your driving behavior and adjust where necessary; • You receive feedback on your driving behavior. You are open to this and have no problem working on it; • You have had your driver's license for at least 1 year; • You drive an electrically powered vehicle with automatic transmission.
