We ask

    • Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field;
    • At least 3 years of managerial experience in a technical production environment;
    • Experience with project management and technical improvements;
    • Knowledge of maintenance management, Lean and/or TPM;
    • Good command of Dutch and English;
    • Strong communication and organizational skills;
    • Leadership qualities and stress resistance;
    • Ability to work result-oriented and people-oriented.
