In this position, you work with people with a mild to moderate intellectual disability and support clients with various behavioral problems. You work 24 to 32 hours a week, flexibly distributed. What makes this job attractive is that you partly determine your own schedule and work at different locations, tailored to your preferences. You start your shift with a short handover and then calmly start the day with the clients. You guide them in daily activities, provide help where needed, and keep an overview. You pay attention to the behavior of clients and respond directly. You work closely with colleagues and continuously coordinate to provide the best care. We offer

  • • A contract with us, where you will eventually join the organization; • A workplace where you have the opportunity to schedule your shifts; • Salary according to CAO Disability Care in FWG 35 or 40 depending on your study and/or experience. Minimum €2,597 to a maximum of €3,902 gross per month based on a full-time position (excluding ORT, year-end bonus & travel expenses); • Your work is appreciated! Therefore, you receive employment conditions in line with the organization where you will work, such as pension accrual and vacation hours; • A helping hand in the application process.

We ask

  • • You have a completed care diploma level 3 or 4 (preferably Nursing IG, Social care, or SPW); • You are authorized and competent in ADL and medication distribution; • You are flexibly deployable and easily switch between locations; • You know guidance methodologies and apply them practically; • You communicate clearly and remain calm in different situations.
