Forklift Driver Weert

As an ITM Trainer at DHL Supply Chain in Weert, you are responsible for training and guiding employees in the safe use of internal transport equipment. You provide practical training, assess the skills of employees, and ensure that certifications and training results are properly maintained. You work closely with Team Leaders and Operations to improve safety on the work floor. You identify risks, provide additional instructions, and address employees in a clear and constructive manner regarding their behavior. You also contribute ideas for improving training and work processes. You are often found on the work floor and combine your logistical practical experience with guiding and developing colleagues.

As a warehouse employee at DHL in Weert, you will work in a modern and safe warehouse. You will be working full-time, 40 hours per week, in either two shifts or during day shifts.
