**Your Role** As a Logistics Specialist focusing on the outbound process, you are responsible for performing operational tasks within the wholesale, with a focus on the order picking process. This includes both manual order collection and managing the machines that process orders. As a specialist, you are the first point of contact for logistics staff, monitor the quality of the process, identify deviations, and propose improvements. You ensure that the machines function optimally and are effectively stocked. You do this by maintaining the machines and the racks around them, locating the correct items in the machines, and preventing and resolving minor disruptions. In your role, you train (new) colleagues in a coaching manner, ensure smooth progress of the processes, and set an example for other employees. In short, a versatile role with a lot of variety! It is important to know that this position has weekly rotating shifts. You work from 07:00-15:30 or from 12:00 until the end of the process (approximately 20:30). In the distribution center, the work must be completed, so these are target times and not fixed end times. Working on Fridays is a requirement, and you are proficient in both Dutch and English. This is important due to the shift starts that specialists hold daily and the training of new colleagues. Within the wholesale, we also have a large number of English-speaking colleagues.

As a crossdock employee in Eindhoven, you are indispensable in the logistics process. You work 32 to 40 hours per week in rotating shifts: one week from 16:00 to 24:00, the other week from 23:00 to 07:00. Together with your team, you ensure that goods are loaded and unloaded quickly and safely. The logistics sector is always on the move, so your day is never the same. You are actively engaged, work with modern tools, and love to take action. An average workday starts with a team meeting where you discuss the planning and tasks for the day together. Then you get to work processing incoming and outgoing shipments. You use an electric pallet truck (EPT) to move goods. You work together with colleagues and help each other where needed.
