You support the operators in remelting butter products and operate machines together. You ensure a clean and safe working environment. It is a full-time position (40 hours per week) in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday. Each workday starts with a short handover with your colleagues. Then you check the machines together, help prevent malfunctions, and detect deviations. You work hygienically and contribute to a smooth production process. As a Team Leader Logistics in Marum, you lead a team of eight employees. You work in day shifts, while the team works in two- and five-shift systems. Together, you ensure a smooth logistics process. You focus on structure, collaboration, and improvement of work processes. You stand alongside your team, assist where needed, and adjust where necessary. You are the link between the shop floor and management at FrieslandCampina. On a workday, you manage the team, maintain oversight, and set priorities. You are responsible for transport to the warehouse, loading bulk trucks, and receiving materials. You order packaging materials, manage inventories, and are the point of contact for production and the business office. You also participate in projects and, from January 2026, guide the implementation of a new SAP system. You receive a lot of trust and freedom in your work.
