Where will you be working?

The FrieslandCampina factory in Marum specializes in the production of cheese, particularly Edam cheese. Here, the well-known round Edam cheeses are produced. It is the only FrieslandCampina location in the Netherlands where this type of cheese is made on a large scale. The factory produces tens of millions of cheeses annually and is one of the largest producers of Edam cheese in Western Europe. The cheeses are sold worldwide, including in Europe, Asia, and Africa. The milk from affiliated dairy farmers is processed into cheese in Marum. After forming the cheeses, a ripening process follows, after which they are packaged and shipped. In short, the location in Marum is a large-scale, specialized cheese factory focused on the production and international distribution of Edam cheese.
