Flexible Cleaning Employee – 30 hours per week

Do you have experience in the food industry and get energized by leading a team and improving processes? Then this position as Production Leader / Team Leader Smokehouse is for you! As a Production Leader / Team Leader, you are an important link within production. You ensure that the schedule is met, the machines run well, and your team knows what needs to be done. You keep an overview, direct employees, and step in where necessary. You are constantly looking for ways to make the production process smarter, more efficient, and better. Your tasks include independently operating and adjusting various production and packaging machines, creating and monitoring production and personnel planning, directing, guiding, and motivating employees, monitoring quality and taking immediate action in case of deviations, identifying improvement points and contributing to process optimization, ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations, processing and checking production data, consulting with colleagues and other production leaders, ensuring a neat, safe, and organized work environment, and guiding and training new employees when necessary. You are someone who likes to take responsibility and keeps a cool head when it's busy. You know how to lead a team, but you also don't mind rolling up your sleeves yourself. Additionally, you preferably have an MBO 4 education, for example in food technology or process technology, or comparable work experience. You preferably have experience as a leader in a production environment and experience in the food industry, preferably meat processing. You can operate and adjust production and packaging machines, have technical insight, and can independently solve minor malfunctions. You are good at planning and organizing, have an eye for quality, safety, and efficiency, can communicate clearly and convey instructions well, and enjoy guiding and developing colleagues.
