- Join our dynamic team as a Financial Accountant in Maastricht, where you'll be an integral part of our international finance department. You'll be responsible for preparing and reporting monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy in line with IFRS guidelines and company policy. This full-time role, spanning 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday, offers a structured workday starting between 08:00 and 09:00 and ending between 16:00 and 17:00. Your daily tasks include preparing and reconciling balance sheet accounts, managing general ledger accounts in the ERP system, and processing accruals and provisions. You'll execute month-end closings according to a fixed schedule and support local finance teams and auditors with financial information. By identifying recurring issues, you'll contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives. We ask
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar; • 1 to 2 years of experience in General Ledger or Record-to-Report; • Knowledge of IFRS and financial processes; • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel; • Good spoken and written English; • Ability to work accurately and proactively; • Capacity to think about improvements; • Strong collaboration skills with colleagues and stakeholders.
