  • Are you someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting entrepreneurs, and truly making a difference? As a Field Sales Account Manager, you visit restaurants that want to join HapNu. All appointments are pre-scheduled, allowing you to focus entirely on advising, guiding, and successfully onboarding new partners. Cold acquisition is not applicable to this role. You start the day with a brief stand-up with your colleagues and then head out to various restaurants in your region. On location, you explain how HapNu works, answer questions, and guide the entrepreneur step by step during the onboarding process. Together, you fill in the necessary information, set up the account, and ensure everything is ready to receive orders immediately. If needed, you install the software or help with connecting a receipt printer. No restaurant is the same. One entrepreneur may have everything arranged within half an hour, while with another, you might think along or provide more extensive support. This variety is what makes this role so enjoyable. You work independently, have a lot of freedom, and are the trusted face of HapNu at new restaurants. At the end of each visit, you leave with a good feeling: the entrepreneur knows exactly how the platform works, and the restaurant is fully ready to receive new orders.

  • • Minimum vocational education level; • Experience with customer contact is a plus, but not required; • You can install software on computers and tablets; • You can connect and set up a printer; • You enjoy working independently and are presentable; • You communicate clearly and calmly; • You are practically minded and think in solutions; • You have a sense of responsibility; • Affinity with hospitality, sales, or services is a plus. As an important link between customers and colleagues, you ensure that orders always end up in the right place. You see it as your challenge to fulfill four promises every day: the best service, a reliable inventory, flexible logistics, and expert advice. Your workday often begins with loading the goods that warehouse employees have already carefully prepared. Once everything is securely fastened, you set off to deliver the orders to customers in the region. This can range from a delivery in a warehouse to delivering materials on a construction site, sometimes even three floors high. On the way, you chat with the customer and check if everything is satisfactory. Finally, you complete the delivery with some simple administrative tasks, after which you are ready for the next trip. Working hours: You must be available from Monday to Friday between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
