You motivate them to participate in the survey. You work part-time, between 16 and 24 hours per week, and schedule your own working hours, which offers a lot of freedom. This makes the job ideal to combine with other commitments. On an average workday, you make unannounced visits to addresses in your region. You conduct interviews and persuade people to participate in the survey. Sometimes you have to return multiple times if someone is not home. You record all visits in the CBS digital system. You work independently, but you can always rely on your colleagues for consultation or assistance. You receive a good training period and guidance. This work is varied and social. You have a lot of contact with different people, and it is satisfying to contribute to important statistics for the Netherlands. We offer

  • • Salary between €17.76 and €19.01 per hour; • 16 to 24 hours per week, part-time employment; • Travel allowance of €0.37 per kilometer (travel time is also working time); • Home office allowance of €2.45 per day; • Irregular service allowance of €11.54 per week; • 8% holiday pay and 8.5% year-end bonus; • A lot of independence and flexibility; • Training opportunities and good guidance; • Working at a social organization.

We ask

  • • Minimum MBO 4 work and thinking level; • Good digital skills; • Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written; • In possession of a driver's license and car; • Available for 16-24 hours per week; • Flexibly deployable between 9:00 and 21:00 (Monday to Friday); • Willing to work at least 3 evenings per week; • Able to plan and register independently; • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness; • Able to work responsibly and independently; • You can apply for a VOG.
