  • Are you looking for an independent and flexible job in Hengelo? As a field interviewer, you work in your own region and visit people who have been invited by CBS to participate in a survey. Often, these people have not yet responded, and it is your task to convince them to participate. You work 16 to 24 hours per week and plan your own working hours, giving you a lot of freedom to organize your work as you wish. On an average workday, you go out with your car and make unannounced visits to addresses. You conduct conversations and respectfully persuade people to participate in the survey. Sometimes you find no one at home, and then you return up to six times. You record your visits and the results digitally. Although you work largely independently, you can always count on the support of your colleagues and supervisor. This job is ideal if you enjoy being on the road and easily make contact with people. You have influence over your own schedule and often work in the evenings. You contribute to reliable statistics for the Netherlands. We offer

  • • Salary starting from €19.19 gross per hour; • Part-time position: 16 to 24 hours per week; • Flexible working hours with a lot of freedom; • Travel allowance of €0.37 per kilometer; • Home office allowance of €2.45 per day; • Irregular service allowance of €11.54 per week; • 8% holiday pay and 8.5% year-end bonus; • Opportunity to work independently in your own region; • Contribute to reliable statistics for the Netherlands.

We ask

  • • Minimum MBO 4 work and thinking level; • Good digital skills; • Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written; • In possession of a driver's license and car; • Available for 16-24 hours per week; • Flexibly deployable between 9:00 and 21:00 (Monday to Friday); • Willing to work at least 3 evenings per week; • Experience with independently planning work is a plus; • You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).

Where will you be working?

You will work for a large organization in the government/non-profit sector. The team collects current data for national statistics. The atmosphere is professional, open, and helpful. You work with modern digital systems. There are more than 100 colleagues, both in the field and in the office. Together, you ensure reliable and current information for everyone in the Netherlands.
