- Do you want to work independently, be on the road, and persuade people? Then this job is for you! As a field interviewer in Hengelo/Enschede, you visit people at home who have been invited by CBS for a survey. You work part-time, 16 to 24 hours per week. You plan your own routes and have a lot of freedom in organizing your work. This makes every day different and challenging. Your day starts with reviewing your addresses. You get in the car and make unannounced visits to people who have not yet responded to an invitation from CBS. You kindly explain why participation is important and motivate people to take part. Sometimes you have to return up to six times if no one is home. You keep track of your visits digitally and work accurately according to the guidelines. You get energy from contact with people and enjoy working independently. It gives you satisfaction when you manage to persuade people. We offer
- • Salary between €17.76 and €19.01 per hour; • Flexible part-time job of 16-24 hours per week; • Travel allowance of €0.37 per kilometer (travel time counts as working time); • Home working allowance of €2.45 per day; • Extra allowance of €11.54 per week for irregular service; • 8% holiday pay and 8.5% year-end bonus; • Work when it suits you; • Lots of freedom and independence; • Opportunities to further develop yourself.
We ask
- • Minimum MBO 4 work and thinking level; • Good digital skills; • Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written; • In possession of a driver's license and car; • Available for 16-24 hours per week; • Flexibly deployable between 09:00 and 21:00 (Mon-Fri); • Willing to work at least 3 evenings per week; • Able to plan and work independently; • Strong communication skills; • Perseverance and persuasiveness.
