You will be the face of the office in Hoogeveen. Together with your colleague, you are responsible for a hospitable reception of visitors, answering the phone, and ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks. You work 16-24 hours per week, divided between two part-timers who cover for each other in case of absence. This gives you room for flexibility and a good work-life balance.
No day is the same. You welcome visitors, provide coffee or tea, order lunches, flowers, or pastries, and keep track of inventory. You also handle the mail, post messages on the screens, and assist with business trips and trade shows. You identify incorrect information on the website and ensure everything remains in order. You work closely with colleagues and ensure that everyone can work comfortably.
