Working Foreman Laundry Alkmaar
As a working foreman in the laundry, you are the point of contact on the work floor. Together with your colleague coordinator, you lead the team and ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You actively participate and keep an overview, so that all laundry is clean on time and can return to the care homes. You work 36 hours a week, usually from 07:30 to 16:30, and one day a week until 12:15, which ensures a good balance between work and private life.
On an average workday, you distribute the work and guide the employees. You monitor the schedule and identify bottlenecks. Do you see that something is stuck somewhere? Then you immediately adjust and ensure that the process continues. You communicate clearly with your colleagues and encourage collaboration. You work alongside where needed, so you remain involved and know what is happening on the work floor.
