Step into the magical world of Christmas and garden! You start in a department that slowly transforms from garden to Christmas. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to an impressive Christmas show and ensure that customers immediately get into the festive spirit as soon as they enter the department. You advise customers on Christmas decorations, lighting, artificial Christmas trees, and seasonal items. Additionally, you assist in converting the garden department into an atmospheric Christmas department and ensure an attractive presentation of products and themed setups. You replenish new items, unpack and present them, process sales and pickup receipts, and check and adjust product prices. You also support promotions, actions, and seasonal campaigns and contribute to a neat, safe, and welcoming store environment. Finally, you answer customer questions and provide excellent service.
