Emergency Assistance Provider ANWB

A flat tire, car trouble abroad, or a stranded traveler: at such moments, people could use some help. As an emergency assistance provider at the ANWB Alarm Center in Assen, you are the one who listens to the story, maps out the situation, and ensures that the right help is arranged. You have daily contact with different people and situations. You remain calm, ask the right questions, and think along about a suitable solution. You work closely with your colleagues and various emergency services. A varied role in which you can directly make a difference for others. You work 16 to 32 hours per week in a 24/7 environment. You are therefore flexibly available for day, evening, and night shifts and are willing to work regularly on weekends and public holidays. You start with an extensive training of an average of 36 hours, followed by 10 days of on-site guidance. Once you are well trained, there is the possibility to work up to 50% from home after about 3 to 4 months, depending on your performance. Night shifts can be performed from home. You receive €16.50 gross per hour, 8% holiday pay, and a 5.58% year-end bonus. Additionally, there are travel allowances and bonuses that can go up to 300%.
