  • • You have at least an MBO level of work and thinking; • You have 2 to 10 years of experience in a technical role; • You have a valid VCA certificate; • You possess the Drilling Supervisor diploma or are willing to obtain it; • You have a BE driver's license; • You have a good command of the Dutch language; • You have technical insight and knowledge of soil mechanics; • You like to take responsibility and show initiative; • You have good communication skills; • You enjoy leading a team; • You are flexible and willing to travel or stay overnight at projects; • You live within 50 km of Coevorden.
