Production
- As a Dough Preparation Employee, you are responsible for an important part of the production process surrounding dough preparation and the adjacent lines. You prepare ingredients and raw materials according to recipes and batch instructions. You work strictly according to work instructions, the packaging list, and the HACCP quality manual, and you accurately record production data and deviations. Hygiene and food safety are your top priorities: you perform cleaning and CIP tasks according to the applicable regulations. We offer guidance and training so that you are fully prepared to perform these tasks safely and efficiently.

Operator Packaging
As a line operator, you are independently responsible for part of the packaging process. You perform all common tasks on the various packaging lines to achieve the planned production. You ensure that the qualitative and quantitative requirements are met. Furthermore, you are responsible for adhering to the work instructions as described on the packaging list and the HACCP quality book. Hygiene is of utmost importance to you during the packaging and production of products. We ensure that you are well trained, if necessary, to achieve the above.

Planner
As a planner, you are responsible for coordinating our flexible workforce within a dynamic production environment in the food sector. You ensure that the right people are in the right place at the right time and that the planning is always accurate. You continuously monitor staffing levels and ensure an efficient and seamless personnel planning. Daily, you coordinate with team leaders about capacity needs and quickly respond to changes such as illness, leave, or peak moments in production. Thanks to your foresight and quick action, the planning always remains in order. You work with planning systems and use data to maintain an overview. At the same time, you actively think about how processes can be organized more intelligently and efficiently. Do you see opportunities for improvement? Then you proactively take them on. Additionally, you are an important point of contact for both the client and the flexible workers regarding planning. You answer questions, think along in solutions, and ensure clear communication to all involved.
