Are you ready to start as a Working Foreman in Venlo? In this role, you work 40 hours a week in a close-knit team and act as the right hand of the production leader. You ensure everything runs smoothly by dividing your time between supervising colleagues and working on the shop floor. You get a lot of responsibility and freedom, and work in shifts or day shifts, depending on production. You can arrange your working hours flexibly, as long as the work continues. Sometimes you work early in the morning, sometimes later in the day, which is ideal if you love variety and dynamism. On an average workday, you start by distributing tasks and guiding the team. You identify bottlenecks, monitor quality and safety, and consult daily with the production leader about planning and challenges. You ensure order and structure in the production halls and communicate clearly to your colleagues. Additionally, you ensure correct labeling and help with employee evaluations. In the first months, you learn everything about the production process, the machines, and the wood, after which you direct and implement improvements with the team.
