  • As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the link between customers, sales, production, and logistics. You work full-time, 32 to 40 hours per week. You ensure that orders are processed quickly and correctly and follow up on customer files meticulously. Your work is crucial for satisfied customers and a smooth process. On an average day, you manage the sales order process in SAP. You have contact with colleagues in production and logistics, follow orders, answer questions, and think about improvements. You keep customer data up to date and identify where processes can be more efficient. You also support the sales team and handle claims according to a clear procedure. You work with colleagues from all over Europe and participate in a training or team activity in Belgium every year. You get a lot of responsibility and room to grow.
