Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative in Kolham, you work at a leading logistics company. You are the first point of contact for customers and ensure that transport orders run smoothly. You work 32 to 40 hours per week in a dynamic environment. No day is the same and you have a lot of personal responsibility. You continuously switch between customers, planning, and other departments. This makes your work varied and challenging.

Your day starts with checking the ongoing transport orders. You monitor shipments, identify deviations, and take immediate action where necessary. You answer customer questions via phone, email, and the transport system. You quickly coordinate urgent matters with colleagues and customers. You are also involved in improving work processes together with your team. In this role, it is important that you can distinguish between main and secondary issues well.

You work accurately and can switch quickly. You enjoy working on multiple tasks at the same time. You communicate easily in Dutch, German, and English.
