  • Are you the point of contact for delivery personnel and their parents? Via email, chat, and phone, you assist them with all their questions. Whether it's about the delivery of brochures, newspapers, or packages, you handle it! You work 32 to 40 hours a week with flexible shifts, from early morning to late afternoon. Sometimes you work on Saturdays, but we coordinate that together. Want to work fewer hours? That's possible in consultation, so you can easily balance work and private life. You start your day by checking incoming messages. You think along, solve questions, and ensure everyone can proceed quickly. Are there complex issues? Then you forward them to the back office. You love taking action and are happy to help. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a good atmosphere and satisfied delivery personnel. No day is the same! The delivery service is active from Monday to Saturday between 07:00 and 19:00. You can be scheduled in one of the following shifts: • 07:00 – 15:30; • 08:30 – 17:00; • 10:30 – 19:00.
