- As a customer service representative in the OSAS department, you are the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers with questions about airway care. You work 24 to 36 hours per week in De Meern, with the option to work from home on Fridays. Your work truly helps people move forward. You ensure that patients receive the right tools and support, making your job meaningful. On an average workday, you answer questions via phone, email, and chat. You advise patients on the use of medical equipment such as nebulizers and oxygen systems. You also process orders, requests, and changes in the system.
