  • Are you ready for a dynamic role as a customer service representative in Arnhem? Every day, you are in contact with customers and ensure that questions about packages, delivery times, and delivery options are answered quickly. You work 32 to 40 hours per week, usually between 08:00 and 18:00, where you choose whether you want to work 32 or 40 hours. You work partly from home and partly at the office in Arnhem, which is easily accessible by public transport, bicycle, or car. An average day starts with a cup of coffee and a pleasant team start. Then you help customers via phone and email with all their questions. You track packages, solve problems, and efficiently coordinate with colleagues and drivers. You neatly record everything in systems. Together, you ensure that every package arrives on time. You receive coaching, learn to use professional systems, and work in an international team.
