  • Are you ready to help people with important questions and want to work at a large pension provider? Then the position of customer service employee in Heerlen is perfect for you. As a contact specialist, you are the first point of contact for participants with questions about their pension. You assist people via phone, email, and chat, providing clear explanations on topics such as pension accrual, the pension date, disability, and death. You research information, switch between different systems, and ensure that every participant is helped clearly and carefully. Sometimes the topics are complex, but you know how to explain them in an understandable way. You don't need to be a pension expert beforehand, as you will receive extensive, paid training on location in Heerlen. Even after that, you will work in the office for the first three months to ensure you are well-trained and guided.

We offer

  • • You start with a gross hourly wage of €18.85 plus an additional allowance of €0.68 per actual worked hour, amounting to €19.53 per worked hour; • 8.33% year-end bonus in December; • 8% holiday pay; • 27 vacation days for a full-time employment of 38 hours; • A fully reimbursed Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG); • Pension accrual; • Extensive, paid training; • Personal guidance from Timing. As of January 1, 2027, the basic hourly wage will increase by 3.25% to approximately €19.46 gross per hour. Including the additional allowance, you will then earn approximately €20.14 per worked hour.

  • • You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking; • You communicate strongly in Dutch; • You are customer-oriented and can listen well and ask probing questions; • You work accurately and are digitally skilled; • You can easily switch between different systems; • You are preferably available 38 hours per week.

Where will you be working?

You will work at a large pension provider in Heerlen. From the Customer Contact Center, participants are helped daily with various questions about their pension. You will be part of a professional and customer-oriented work environment, where collaboration, personal development, and good service are central.
