  • As a Customer Relations Specialist in Hoofddorp, you are the point of contact for customers of a global logistics service provider. You work 32 to 40 hours per week and participate in a dynamic shift schedule, including occasional weekend duty. Your workplace is located near Schiphol, the bustling heart of logistics. You ensure that import shipments enter the Netherlands smoothly and quickly. From the moment a shipment departs to delivery to the customer, you maintain oversight. You have daily contact with customers, carriers, airlines, customs, and your international colleagues. You proactively inform about the status of shipments, handle special cases directly, and process everything accurately in the system. No day is the same: you quickly switch between files, identify improvement opportunities, and build strong customer relationships.
