  • • Safety and preventing damage are more important than speed; • Driving in busy and narrow residential areas requires calmness, responsibility, and oversight; • You can work independently and responsibly; • Your driving behavior is monitored via telematics; • You receive feedback on your driving behavior and are open to working on it; • The job requires professional behavior, even when feeling time pressure; • You have had your driver's license for at least 1 year; • Before you come for an interview, you take an online assessment that must be passed.
