You rotate in a schedule from 06:00-14:30 and 14:30-23:00 and are also available on Saturdays. Your role is a combination of administration, logistics, and driver support. You are the point of contact for couriers, process packages administratively, and assist with questions and problems. Due to the variety between counter, office, and warehouse, no day is the same. On an average workday, you start by checking the schedule and assisting drivers. You process incoming and outgoing shipments, register deviations, and solve problems quickly. You manage scanners and access passes, order materials, and ensure the depot runs smoothly. During peak hours, you quickly switch between different tasks.
