  • Become the point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in the showroom. Support account managers and think commercially. Process orders, prepare quotes, and keep everything neatly organized in the system. Work 32 to 40 hours per week, from Monday to Saturday (one weekday off). This job is varied: combine administrative tasks with customer advice in the showroom. This keeps your workweek challenging and dynamic. On an average day, you welcome customers in the showroom. Listen carefully to their needs and provide targeted advice on products. Follow up on quotes, process orders, and monitor delivery times. Ensure the showroom is tidy and coordinate with suppliers. Keep customer data up-to-date in the CRM system. Identify commercial opportunities and respond quickly to new requests. Your efforts ensure smooth processes and satisfied customers. We ask
