- As a Commercial Consultant in Doetinchem, you are the connecting link between clients, candidates, and flexible workers. You build sustainable relationships, see commercial opportunities, and ensure that vacancies are successfully filled. Thanks to your entrepreneurial spirit, you know how to attract new clients while further developing existing relationships. You are responsible for the entire mediation process. From acquiring vacancies and conducting client meetings to recruiting, selecting, and guiding candidates. This gives you a lot of variety and direct influence on the success of both clients and flexible workers. No day is the same. One day you visit clients in the Achterhoek, conduct commercial discussions, and discuss staffing issues. The next day you speak with candidates, conduct job interviews, and ensure that new employees get off to a flying start. You know what is happening with your clients and translate their staffing issues into suitable solutions. Together with Recruiters, you ensure the right match between candidate and client. Your tasks include: • Actively approaching new clients in the Doetinchem region and surroundings; • Expanding and maintaining existing client relationships; • Identifying and seizing commercial opportunities; • Preparing and following up on quotes and commercial proposals; • Collaborating with Recruiters to successfully fill vacancies; • Writing and optimizing job descriptions; • Guiding flexible workers during their assignments; • Conducting evaluation and relationship discussions with clients and employees; • Monitoring agreements, rates, margins, and quality.

- • MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level; • Experience in a commercial role, recruitment, or employment mediation is a plus; • A proactive and result-oriented attitude; • Strong communication skills; • Affinity with relationship management and acquisition; • Availability of 40 hours per week; • Driving license B.
